🛑 Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel your order any time before it ships for a full refund. We’ll deduct a £5.00 admin fee to cover processing costs.
💥 Faulty Goods & Returns
Received something that’s not right? Let us know within 7 days. Visit our Returns page, fill in the form, and we’ll take it from there.
📦 Distance Selling & Your Right to Cancel
Under UK law, you can cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving your items. Cancellations must be in writing — email is fine, phone calls aren’t unless we both agree.
🕒 Important Timeframes:
- Products: 7 working days after delivery
- Services: 7 working days after you agree to proceed
If we didn’t provide your legal cancellation rights upfront, your cancellation period may be extended.
📦 Returning Items Properly
Please pack items securely. If damage occurs due to poor packaging or incorrect postage, your refund may be affected.
Faulty? We’ll cover the return cost. Changed your mind? Return shipping is usually on you.
💸 Refund Timing
Refunds are issued within 30 days of receiving and approving your return. Any credit agreements or deposits will also be reversed.
🚫 What You Can’t Cancel
- Custom-made or special order items
- Perishable goods
- Opened sealed software or media
- Lottery, betting, or gaming services
- Newspapers or magazines
- Items priced based on market fluctuations
✅ What Happens with Faulty Items?
You’re still protected. If something’s faulty, you’re covered under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
