📦 UK Shipping Policy
At MonsterColors®, we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly and safely as possible.
- Standard UK Mainland Shipping: Dispatched within 1–2 working days, delivery in 3–5 working days.
- Next Day & Saturday Delivery: Order by 1 PM for next-day delivery (UK mainland only).
- Orders on Fridays: Usually dispatched the following Monday.
- Bank Holidays & Busy Periods: Allow extra time for dispatch and delivery.
Tracking: All shipments are tracked. We primarily use DPD, but may also use APC or Evri depending on the product and location. Tracking information is sent via email after dispatch.
Please check your tracking link regularly to monitor delivery progress. If the courier is unable to deliver for any reason, your parcel may be redirected to a local pickup shop for collection.
We recommend downloading the DPD or Evri app for real-time tracking updates, delivery instructions, and rescheduling options.
