We want you to love your paint job. But if something’s off, here’s how to fix it.
🧾 Return Eligibility
Need to send something back? No problem — here’s the basic return criteria:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging (unless faulty)
- Custom or made-to-order paints are not eligible unless faulty
If your item is faulty or damaged, we’ll make it right. Just follow the steps below.
📦 How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at info@monstercolors.com with the following details:
- Your full name and order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- A brief explanation of the issue (if faulty)
We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
🚚 Return Shipping
If the item is faulty or damaged: We’ll cover the return postage and send a replacement or issue a full refund (your choice).
If you’ve changed your mind: You’ll need to cover the return shipping cost. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund within 7–10 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when it’s done.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
🔒 Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and common sense, the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom mixed paints or made-to-order finishes
- Opened or used paint products
- Gift cards
