Monstercolors pearl metallic PVC paint is mainly used in the creative arts and crafts environment and is used to decorate various plastic items from welly boots and flip flops to household plastic items, garden furniture and radio-controlled models. Application: PVC Paint, should be applied in multiple thin layers, building up to a final thicker finish, a minimum 10 minutes between coats is recommended (dependant on conditions) in order to achieve a quality finish.
