Monstercolors PVC Matt finish paint offers less than a 10% sheen level, and is widely used to re-colour, regenerate and re-touch tired or damaged PVC doors, window frames, facias, drainpipes and various other plastic substrates, found in the marine and automotive industry as well as plastic garden furniture and arts n crafts.
Application: PVC Paint, should be applied in multiple thin layers, building up to a final thicker finish, either by brush or spray. A minimum of 15-20 minutes between coats is recommended (dependant on conditions) in order to achieve a quality finish. Coverage Each 1 Litre tin will cover approximately 8 -10 m2. No primer is required with PVC paint. The surface can be keyed with a slight rub of a scotch pad. Paint can be used neat from the tin, either by brush or spraygun. Some choose to thin for use with spraygun, if so pvc paint can be thinned up to 10% using pvc paint thinners.
Cleaning: Ensure surfaces to be coated are dry and must be cleaned using suitable cleaners in order to remove all traces of contaminants.
Health & Safety suitable respiratory equipment should be worn when spraying.
