What is Monstercolors refunds and returns policy?
You can exchange an item for any reason for an alternative product within 7 days of the original purchase, or we can give you a total refund on your purchase (IMPORTANT THE REFUND WILL BE FOR THE GOODS THAT YOU HAVE PURCHASED).
FOR YOU WE CAN DEDUCT THE MONEYS INCURRED FOR THE RETRIEVAL SHIPPING COSTS OF YOUR GOODS, IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO ORGANISE TO HAVE THEM RETURNED TO US 'MONSTERCOLORS' BY THE ORIGINAL MANNER THAT THEY WERE SENT COURIER. Just return the item to us as new (Important the item must be unused and in its original condition) in its original packaging, labels and the receipt. All the Shipping charges for the return of the goods will be paid by you.
In the unlikely event that the item is sub standard or we have sent you the wrong product, you can return the item with a written description of the fault in the original packaging, labelling and with the receipt and we will send you a full refund or replacement within 30 days. Monstercolors will only pay the shipping charges for the return of faulty or incorrect goods.
Please note : Aerosols can be difficult to return as they are hazardous goods, We offer a drop at shop collection service for your return, there is a charge for this service please contact us for further details.
How quickly will my order arrive?
UK Mainland standard free shipping orders are usually sent out within 1- 2 working days and can take 3-5 days for delivery, on some special occasions it can take longer, but that's the exception to the rule. We highly recommend that if your paint order has NOT arrived with in 3-4 working days of receiving your dispatched email you should phone our sales staff immediately on: +44 (0) 141 328 4034, or email our team at info@monstercolors.com.
We offer a next day and Saturday delivery service orders must be placed before 1pm in order to receive next day. Standard UK orders processed on a Friday will be dispatched on the following monday in most cases.
European orders generally are delivered within 4 days however this varies from country to country. International orders outside Europe,can take up to six weeks for delivery.
Please note our couriers do not collect on bank holidays therefore orders placed during this time will take longer to be delivered.
Express deliveries are usually dispatched same day if ordered before 1pm in some cases (holidays, busy periods) they may be dispatched the following day this again is the exception to the rule.
What courier do you use? We in the main use DPD Couriers however for certain products and certain regions we may also use APC Courier or MYHEREMES Courier, all our parcels are fully tracked and a signature is required unless stated by you the customer that a signature is not required.
Do you ship to Europe? Yes we ship to all the main countries throughout Europe, our courier for Europe is DPD and has a full tracking service from dispatch to delivery to your door.
